Welcome to the Girl Scouts of Miamisburg Ohio website. The Miamisburg Owen Sound Service Unit (MOS) is made up of girls from public and private schools in the Miamisburg area.  We have troops from Daisy (K/1st) to Ambassador (high school) and have new troops forming!  If you are interested in joining one of our troops or forming a new Troop, please e-mail us.  Our troops participate in many enriching experiences including field trips, parades, sports skill-building, crafts, scrapbooking, camping, summer day camps, and community service projects. We hope you will stop back often to see what we are up to!

Honor a Volunteer

  • Is there a Girl Scout volunteer who has made a difference in your child's life? Now is the time to show them you appreciate their presence! There are many ways to honor a leader or a volunteer in a troop. You can nominate her or him for a national award, or a council award such as the Outstanding Leader Award. Contact Cindy Daly at CDaly@girlscoutsofmiamisburg.com by January 25th 2010.

  • Maybe you want to thank your favorite leader or volunteer with a special recognition of your own. Leader Appreciation Day is April 22 and offers the perfect chance for you to say thank you and show this leader s/he has made a difference in the lives of girls. But remember that you don't have to wait until April 22 to show your appreciation!
